About Brian

He's Lived What You're Going Through

12 years of specialized experience, built on a deeply personal journey through chronic pain and the medical system that couldn’t fix it.

The Origin Story

From CNA to Chronic Pain Specialist

Brian didn’t arrive at this work through a textbook. He was working as a Certified Nursing Assistant — caring for others — when his life changed in an instant. He shattered his right kneecap, and began the long road of physical therapy and rehabilitation.

During that rehab, he injured his shoulder — a lat attachment site injury that would go undiagnosed and untreated for nearly eight years. He saw doctors, trainers, and therapists. None of them could help. Most couldn’t even identify what was wrong.

“I spent eight years being failed by doctors, trainers, and therapists who couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I finally found someone who could help me, he didn’t just fix my injury — he taught me the methodology that changed everything.”

That physical therapist’s approach — treating the whole body rather than chasing the symptom — became the foundation of everything Brian does today. Over the past 12 years, he has taken that methodology and helped dozens of people get the breakthrough he almost never got himself.

Today, Brian specializes in the clients the medical system is finished with but who aren’t finished yet. The post-stroke patients insurance has discharged. The chronic back pain sufferers who’ve tried everything. The Parkinson’s patients who want more than maintenance. The golfers who’ve resigned themselves to giving up the game they love.

Brian's Philosophy

How Brian Thinks About the Body

"The pain is never where the problem is."

Brian treats the root cause, not the symptom. When your shoulder hurts, the cause might be your hip. When your knee aches, the answer might be in your neck. This whole-body thinking is what makes the difference when everything else has failed.

No boot camp. No drill sergeant.

Brian’s style is focused, quiet, and precise. Sessions aren’t about pushing through pain — they’re about restoring the movement patterns your body has lost. Clients often describe feeling better on their first session, not destroyed.

Progress over performance.

Brian starts where you are and builds gradually. One client touched her toes for the first time in 35 years. Another went from barely moving up a hill to carrying things upstairs without thinking. That’s the kind of progress that matters.

He's present with you, completely.

“I don’t talk about current events during sessions. My job is to be fully focused on you and what your body is telling me.” Brian’s undivided attention during every session is part of what makes his work effective.
