12 years of specialized experience, built on a deeply personal journey through chronic pain and the medical system that couldn’t fix it.
Brian didn’t arrive at this work through a textbook. He was working as a Certified Nursing Assistant — caring for others — when his life changed in an instant. He shattered his right kneecap, and began the long road of physical therapy and rehabilitation.
During that rehab, he injured his shoulder — a lat attachment site injury that would go undiagnosed and untreated for nearly eight years. He saw doctors, trainers, and therapists. None of them could help. Most couldn’t even identify what was wrong.
“I spent eight years being failed by doctors, trainers, and therapists who couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I finally found someone who could help me, he didn’t just fix my injury — he taught me the methodology that changed everything.”
That physical therapist’s approach — treating the whole body rather than chasing the symptom — became the foundation of everything Brian does today. Over the past 12 years, he has taken that methodology and helped dozens of people get the breakthrough he almost never got himself.
Today, Brian specializes in the clients the medical system is finished with but who aren’t finished yet. The post-stroke patients insurance has discharged. The chronic back pain sufferers who’ve tried everything. The Parkinson’s patients who want more than maintenance. The golfers who’ve resigned themselves to giving up the game they love.
Shattered right kneecap, then injured his shoulder during P90X while rehabbing. Eight years of searching for answers.
A physical therapist finally identifies the root cause and teaches Brian a whole-body methodology that changes everything.

Brian holds credentials that are uncommon in the personal training world — reflecting his commitment to understanding the body at a clinical, whole-system level.
Certified by the Postural Restoration Institute — a clinical framework for understanding how posture, breathing, and movement patterns create and resolve pain.
Brian treats the root cause, not the symptom. When your shoulder hurts, the cause might be your hip. When your knee aches, the answer might be in your neck. This whole-body thinking is what makes the difference when everything else has failed.
