Personalized training in a private North Naples studio.

Your Swing Depends on More Than Technique.
Golf asks your body to rotate, stabilize, produce force, maintain balance, and repeat those actions throughout a round. Changes in strength, mobility, or confidence can make the game feel more physically demanding, even when your technique has not changed.
Golf fitness training works on the physical qualities that support your game while accounting for your current abilities, training history, and goals.
- Rotational strength and control
- Hip and upper-back mobility
- Lower-body strength and balance
- Endurance for practice and full rounds
Training Built Around Your Body and Your Game.
No two golfers move exactly alike. Brian adjusts each program according to the individual rather than applying a generic golf workout.
Strength With Purpose
Build useful strength through the legs, hips, trunk, back, and upper body to support a more capable and resilient body.
Mobility You Can Control
Develop usable movement through the hips, upper back, and shoulders without forcing uncomfortable ranges of motion.
Balance and Stability
Improve your ability to control your body, transfer weight, and remain steady through different positions.
Power That Fits Your Abilities
When appropriate, use safe and progressive exercises that help you produce force with greater confidence.

Golf Fitness Questions
Do I need to be an experienced golfer?
No. Training is based on your body and goals, not your handicap or playing level.
Is this the same as taking golf lessons?
No. A golf professional teaches swing mechanics and playing skills. Brian focuses on the strength, mobility, balance, and physical capacity that support your ability to play.
Can I train if I have stiffness or previous injuries?
Many clients begin with stiffness, previous injuries, or concerns about certain movements. Brian adjusts training to the individual and stays within the appropriate scope of personal training. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
Is golf fitness only for adults over 60?
Brian specializes in coaching active adults 60+, but younger golfers with similar goals are also welcome.
